Most brands don't have a content problem. They have a decision problem: too many people approving, nobody owning the standard.
I own it. Strategy, creative direction, production and publishing — one system, one standard.
At One Investments, that means leading seven creatives across five brands and shipping 15–20 videos a week through an AI-assisted workflow I built.
I started behind the camera, so I can still step into the shoot, edit, grade or design when the work needs it. But my job now is bigger: build the team, protect the standard and keep the operation moving.
